33rd Annual Towpath Regatta

The 33^rd Annual Towpath Regatta being held on Thursday, June 15, 2006.

The canoe Regatta is being held on the Mohawk River starting behind Jumpin’ Jacks  finishing at the Boat house on Route 146 in Niskayuna (a distance of 4.5 miles). 

The Towpath Regatta is a just fun community event and is a canoe race opened to all from beginners to experts!  The race is sponsored by the Northern New York Paddlers (NNYP).  Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. and the race starts at 6:30 p.m.   The event is FREE!
