Village Board decides against Police Consolidation
Community residents came out to voice their concern about the possible consolidation of the Village of Police with the Town of Glenville. After many inspiring speeches the Village Board said they would continue to discuss this and gave everyone an opportunity to leave before the discussion of other village business.
To the surprise of those of us who stayed, the Village Board did decide that police consolidation was not in our future.
Scotia PBA President Adam Halbfinger was first to address the Village Board
Long time resident and community supporter Nelson Austin speaks his mind.
1 Comments:
Highest taxes per capita in capital region:
1) City of Albany
2) Village of Scotia
3) City of Troy
It's not a question of if, but when Scotia and Glenville will fully merge.
