Summer Fun at Collins Park 2011

It’s summer time in the Village of Scotia and you’ll find plenty to offer at Collins Park. It’s the closest beach around with clean, safe, refreshing water.

Beach Opens
       June 18th and June 19th      12 PM to 6 PM

       June 25th through August 21st.
Monday – Sunday  12:00 PM to 7:45 PM

Main Building:  374-8611
Beach, Lifeguards:  374-6227
Recreation Building: 374-2871

Dates and times subject to change
depending on weather and availability of staff.

How do we get access to beach, meaning is there a charge? We live in Scotia. thanks!

Swimming for Scotia residents is always free. Bring ID.
Non-residents pay a nominal fee to enter the beach area.

Why is there a charge for this 15 Love tennis program, yet the one in schenectady, troy and albany are all free???

Yes, the Glenville board are big fans of Collins Park and do what they can do support it. All Scotia-Glenville kids are welcome as one.

So we are talking about the beach by jumping jacks right when does it open bc I went the other day and it was closed please help!!
